lthough not one of the major points in me taking admission into Christ University for studying BBA, the curiosity behind how and why it was ranked so drove me towards Christ University.
Discipline
The number of stories and experiences I heard about how tough it is to survive in the university due to it’s intensive focus on Discipline drove me further towards it due to a simple belief that I carried, that “discipline produces efficiency which further improves productivity and without discipline the ability to follow your passion will falter”. Discipline is something which is extremely important to the university due to it’s focus on holistic development of individuals and it’s aim of producing better individuals for the future.
The above points were the reasons which attracted me towards the university before I actually entered it’s doors. The following points increased my respect for the institution further once I experienced them myself.
Multi-dimensional Individuals
Honestly what less can you expect from a college which hosts more than 10,000–13,000 individuals within it’s main campus. The number of multi-talented and multi-cultured individuals that can be found here offer a lot of inspiration, knowledge and talents at your disposal. Students here are from all over india and some are even from around the world and the networks which you can form with them will surely be some that will last a lifetime.
Number of Opportunities
I have this very sacred belief that opportunities do not get handed to you and that you have to work harf for them but in the university the number of opportunities it presents is unimaginable. I, as an individual personally felt that the university was forcing me to get busy. This attribute is an extremely beneficial attribute that Christ University offers to it’s students as it provides students with a multitude of avenues to showcase their skills.
Survival
Christ University may not teach you many things that other universities around India or even around the globe may boast of but the one thing that it teaches you is “how to survive”. It forces you to learn how to manage your time, money and social life while at the same time making it extremely difficult for you to do so.
