Why there is extensive use of drugs in SRM University and why there is no one to prevent it?

See, I am a student in SRM university, yes the drug cultural here is on boom, the reasons are

1. All reach bratts comes here
2. They just wanna degree and enjoyment for 4 year’s
3. Only 5–10 % are into studies and other innovative things
4. Drugs are generally in control of locals
5. They provogue students to sell and consume
6. Many innocent also get trapped, they think they are earning money
7. Sometimes police caught dealers but they set them free after taking some money
8. I personally thinks authorities are also involved because students do drugs inside hostels also

I am writing these things anonymously for obvious reason of my safety.
