Why is there so much negativity for VIT Vellore despite being ranked very good on all ranking platforms domestic or global? Is it not convenient to say rankings are sham and fake?

It is because there are humongous crowd in VIT and all the students can’t land into high paying jobs. So, they spread negativity about the college.
