yes it is. but dude delhi papers are kinda difficult we only get advantage in JEE but personally i feel like we don’t really get any sort of advantage . in other fields like you can say to get admission in du we usually lack behind because of difficult papers . the students of other states can easily get a seat in DU but we have to work really hard to get into it. now we can also say this that’s this is partiality, but we aren’t complaining na! and it’s not like that ,the students of other states doesn’t looses all the time and the best example to prove my words is jee topper karpit ;he doesn’t belong to delhi still he cracked it and even scored full marks .

you can write this to cbse asking them to set same papers and i really don’t know why they set different papers but let me keep this point too when i was studying for my boards i went through the previous year sample papers. that book included outside delhi papers too . i noticed over there that only some questions were different rest questions were same it was just that the lang.was changed over there.
