XIME is actually known for HR but for some reasons in past few years it has not done that well. Finance is also decently okay but not exceptionally well , both have their pros and cons here, both have good and not so good faculties. So cant pick a better one among these two. I would say Marketing is far better than these two as some really good facties are there.
