Everyone has its own meaning of better , but if you talk in general, then definitely Amity is a brand name with big name & fame , big campus, with lots of modern facilities. only thing which disappointed me is Fees & crowd ( most of the people or candidate is come from strong financial background & also the diversification of people is very less..its a monopoly campus of North Indian student)
While Chitkara fees & campus is decent.
