I read some of he answers of this page and I am shocked that some of the students and alumni of Lnmiit has gone to the limit of saying that Lnmiit is good than Mnit Jaipur. Mnit Jaipur is a institution of National Importance under Ministry of Hrd and is ranked 2nd in Rajasthan and under 20 all over India.
Let me tell you some points :-
- Campus :- Mnit Jaipur has a campus area of over 320 acres that too located in the heart of Jaipur. You’ll get ample opportunities for coaching, very good accessibility to hospitals, malls and the enjoy beauty of pink city whereas Lnmiit has a campus of just 100 acre that too located way far from Jaipur.
- Faculty :- No point in comparing it. Mnit Jaipur is one of the top 5 Nit’s in country and among top 20 institution for B.tech in India. Lnmiit is a private college and the faculty is good but nothing in comparable of a National level institution.
- Placements :-. This is the most funny thing I have read in many answer by Lnmiit students. Mnit is way far better than Lnmiit in placement. You can’t even compare both institution. We have Amazon, oracle, walmart, JP morgan, Futures First, Tata motors, Tata steel, edelweiss capital, evalueserve and 70–80 more companies on campus and a avg package of 7 lpa.
- Higher studies :- Many of the students from Mnit are studying in IIM’S, IIFT, XLRI, FMS for Mba. People are studying in all IIT’s for m.tech name any iit we have students studying there. There are many people doing Ms in foreign universities. I am noy saying Lnmiit is bad but you can’t even compare the number of students studying in premier College after graduating from Mnit to those of Lnmiit.
- Alumni :- Mnit jaipur was established in 1963 whereas Lnmiit is established in 2003. Our alumni are directors in many government organisations and psu,many private firms. There are number of people who becsme Ias, Ips,Ifs, Irs , Ies after college. So no comparison between Lnmiit and Mnit in this arena.
- Fees :- Mnit jaipur has a much much lower fees in comparison of Lnmiit and a way way better return on investment than Lnmiit.
In the last, I really wanna say that Lnmiit is a fine college but no where comes close to challenge the legacy of Mnit Jaipur. Mnit Jaipur is a premeir institution.
