Ncert should be able to teach you the basics. But, even ncert has some really difficult questions.
To help you with your concepts, you can refer G. C. Agarwal and H. C. Verma for concepts and practice the from Aakash/Allen modules , Errorless and previous years question papers.
That should definitely help you in strengthening your concepts !
