See when are to compare two institutions and prefer one it depends on what exactly you are looking for, When it comes to infrastructure VIT is better but when you look at the placements and the faculty RVCE prevails. The placement percentage in both these colleges are close to a 100%(in branches like CSE,ECE,ISE) , But RVCE is better in terms of average salary. RVCE is located in Bengaluru a city flooded with engineering colleges ,So you will have better opportunities and a greater exposure to learn new things because there are these workshops ,seminars and hackathons going on throughout the year.There are various students clubs at RV for both technical and non-technical activities which is definitely an added advantage. I am not sure about these facilities in VIT so I really cant comment.Well all I would say is talk to people studying in VIT and take an informed decision. ALL THE BEST!!
