If the question was whether to opt for Manipal main campus or Vit Vellore, then it might be a tough call but Manipal Jaipur is not the main campus and Vit vellore is far better than MU Jaipur in terms of reputation, facilities, exposure, placements,etc.
Go for vit vellore if u get it.
