MSRIT anytime is the better of the two but not in every aspect.
If you are looking for academics, opportunities and placements then MSRIT is the way to go for you.
But if you want cultural fests, sports meet, clubs and events, BMSCE is the place for you.
BMSCE depicts the true Bangalore culture.
Not that I am saying that the academics at BMSCE are poor. No! But they are certainly not as good as it is in MSRIT.
The faculty at MSRIT is exceptionally good and are authors of various good books.
Again MSRIT is ranked among the top 4 colleges in Bangalore, while BMSCE is found to be on 6th on the same list.
In terms of placement, both the colleges happen to do well providing at least 90% placement to the whole batch with an average of 5-6 Lacs, with the highest being 26-27 Lacs for BMSCE offered by Amazon, which is lower than the highest placement MSRIT boasts of.
