Which is better for CSE: UIET, Chandigarh or PEC, Chandigarh?

PEC Chandigarh is better than UIET Chandigarh for CSE branch. Two reasons:

UIET is better only in the aspect that it is the college of Panjab University and you will live in the best place of chandigarh i.e PU campus.
