I think chitkara HP campus is much better than chitkara Rajpura campus because of following reasons :
- Firstly its like surrounded by hills and the climate is pleasant most of the times.
- Then the campus has only Btech people so the crowd is less which makes it more peaceful place.
- if we talk about the placements then both are good as we have joint placements.
In terms of studies the pattern is same so I would say HP campus is a better choice.
