Both these institutes are tier 2 institutes at all India level.
Placement will be good for top 10 or 20 percentilers. Rest will get quite avg package . Some may not get placed as well.
Choice depends on you.
If u are from south part of india….stick to christ and vice versa
Also check other factors like fees, alumni network, faculty , infrastructure etc
