Which is better CSE at Lovely or Chitkara or Chandigarh University or Chandigarh group of colleges?

I am from Research department of Chandigarh University; the kind of enthusiasm people have over here can be seen in their performances. University provides all the best resources to do research and work on projects. Because of this kind of support we use to get from the management of the university we are able to file 336 patents in 2018-2019 duration where 60+ patents from CSE department and definitely we are going to keep on breaking the records. So in my opinion definitely Chandigarh University is best.
