Which is better CSE at Lovely or Chitkara or Chandigarh University or Chandigarh group of colleges?

Currently I’m living in Punjab so in my surrounding many students of Chandigarh University are there. So I usually ask them the environment of study of this university then they say that the environment is very good and they even say that the placement of this university is even high. So they like this university and many companies visit in this university.
