Which is better BITS Pilani or IITM?

I will always put BITS PILANI after Top Seven IITs including Fabulous five, Gauhati and Roorki.

But this comparison for the same branch at both Institutes.

(BITS Computer is always better than Material Science anywhere else.)

P.S. Pl. Don’t tell me that IITM in the question was referring to Mandi, for us IITM was always Madras (Chennai).

I got this afterthought when I answered a question on Mandi.
