Personal Opinion : Both campuses are at par when I see overall performance with respect to academics, placements etc. One campus may be better in some branch then the other for example I have heard Msc Economics at BITS Hyderabad is better while MSc Physics in Goa is very good and again such analysis is based on the curriculum and the professors associated with it.
So my personal suggestion will be first decide the branch then think about the campus and consult seniors from both campuses related to that branch.
