BITS is expensive, COEP is cheaper in terms of fees. Brand-wise and placement wise BITS I think will give you more exposure but completely depends on your financial standing. A friend of mine paid more than 15 lacs for a 4 yr degree, COEP being a govt college will not have such a huge fees.
