Which is better among IIIT Allahabad (IT branch) and IIIT Delhi (CSE branch) if fees isn’t a consideration?

*Any day IIIT Allahabad IT branch* is far better than IIIT Delhi CSE branch.

IIIT ALLAHABAD Average placement package INR 21 LPA
IIIT DELHI Average placement package INR 16.97 LPA
IIIT ALLAHABAD NO HOME STATE QUOTA
IIIT DELHI 85 % seats reserved for Delhi students and rest 15 % open for other States Students( GEN/EWS/OBC/SC/ST) . e.g for every 100 seats, only 5-6 seats are available for outsider General Category Candidates.
