Which is best in campus placement for Electrical engineer in Chitkara University or Chandigarh University?

I will explain this answer with just one example.One of my cousin brother did electrical engineering from chandigarh university and my second relative did it from chitkara.The boy who did it fom chandigarh university was placed in his sixth semester at very good package.He recieved multiple offer letters.and my cousin from chitkara has graduated but still he is searching for jobs offcampus .Due to this reason, i ,myself joined chandigarh university. So according to me chandigarh university is best for campus placements.
