I will give answer point to point,see Manipal Bengaluru should be your first choice as Bengaluru is silicon valley of INDIA and your chance of getting placed in a good company with decent package gets higher then Manipal jaipur. Both are good university but Manipal Bengaluru is older then Manipal jaipur so faculty and placement records are good in this campus then jaipur but things are getting better in MANIPAL jaipur also but my advise is choose Bengaluru campus then jaipur campus. Rest ur choice as Both are at different locations and depend on u where u live, as one located at north side and second one on south side. One more point I would like to clear that Bengaluru city is way expensive then jaipur. So money u want to spend in 4 years should be clear in your mind and then take decision what would suite you for 4 years and from where u want to pursue your engineering.
