Anna University Affiliated colleges charges very less (say 1/5th of SRM).. Most the colleges like PSG, SSN etc., have good reputation. The challenge is getting admission as the cutoff in PCM (12th) will be min 97%.. if you have this and meet the TNEA criteria, go for Anna university affiliated
However not all colleges which are part of Anna are good. Check by checking their ranking (within TN) and if you are getting tin top 10 then join or else SRM (Main campus only) is a good choice
