In many govt. Medical colleges including AIIMS,Delhi…it is ACs are not provided in hostels by the college itself but still the students install their own in the rooms and management doesn’t mind it and allow! 😉
P.S—i am from PMCH,PATNA, and many of us have installed ACs in our hostel rooms by our own…there is no extra charge on electricity bill for the same…
