At least two of their legal firms appears to include Kilpatrick Townsend (Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP) located in NYC and Orrick (Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP) with offices all over the world. Though, they probably have a number of legal teams on retainer around the world for various of their entities and for specific legal needs, in addition to an in-house legal team. If I had to make a guess, their longest term legal team is likely their in-house team and that’s the team that manages any external firms like those mentioned above.
