Question is not clear!
If you want to join RV college then you have to clear entrance exams. Those who have completed diploma can take entrance test (DCET) meant for lateral entry (diploma) students conducted by KEA. This exam is only for Karnataka students.
If you have completed PUC then you can write either KCET or Comed – K. KCET is only for Karnataka students. Comed K exam can be taken by both Karnataka and Non- Karnataka students.
Only diploma students can directly join 2nd year class. Admissions to VTU affiliated colleges in Karnataka is limited to Karnataka students. There is no management quota for lateral entry students.
