You should totally join Ramaiah for a fun filled college life. There are absolutely no restrictions and you get the wonderful crowd from all over the country.
There are no dress codes or hostel attendance everyday unlike RV.
MSRIT Campus is in the middle of the city and nearby to BEL road where you can have great time. Nearby to Orion mall too.
RV campus is out of city and nothing is nearby so you have to travel some distance to get anything for fun.
Also inside MSRIT campus you get to see MBA, law, architect and other degree students sharing same canteen so you get to mingle with all kinds of students.
