MSRIT is really a good college for engineering and therefore I will put it above CIC.
Reasons for the same are-
MSRIT is very old college and has good reputation in industry and IT sector. The recruiters know about the college and therefore the placement office always secure some interesting placement every year.
Students get multiple job offers because there is no such boundation that you can sit for only one offer. The college environment is very good. You can make a number of contacts through alumni as alumni base is strong. This college name also helps you to pursue higher degree from abroad.
Finally I believe it is a good college for engineering specially for CSE , ISE, ECE . Other branches are also good.
