Which college is better, UPES Dehradun, Chitkara university or GCC Landran? If UPES, which stream is good?

I don’t about other colleges but UPES is a good private University though very expensive in terms of fee. All n all you will have to shell out 20lacs for a four year engineering program at UPES. Petroleum engineering courses are the ones for which UPES is famous. The placements are also good. Apart from that chemical engineering and if you are a CS enthusiast then you can go for computer science with specialization in cloud computing and virtualization technologies which is also very good.
