Which college is better for a BBA LLB Hons, UPES Dehradun or Amity University, Noida (private)?

See..if we compare the locations between Dehradun and Noida,than Dehradun is a beautiful and hazal free place than Noida.. secondly,Amity is much expensive than UPES.. and as far as placement is concerned,,LLB bcom has higher placement record than BBA LLB Hons..in my opinion UPES Dehradun is better.
