Ease of Getting into – Dubai (Distant runner up – Hyderabad)
% of South Indians – Hyderabad > Goa > Pilani
Proximity to Civilization – Hyderabad/Goa
Startups – Pilani Overall (Goa might be better if you only consider people who start up while in college)
