Which Branch can only be answered by one person. That is, you yourself.
Once that is done college or campus is next priority.
First do some self introspection on what you like and want to do.
Finalize a branch atleast.
Then if you can’t make it to IITs/NITs even after you have put in hard work and maybe dropped a year, then think about a private college.
If you can’t put in hard work, do a 3 year less rigorous degree or a diploma.
