I think you should go for ‘MS Chauhan for Neet’. Since, this year’s neet paper didn’t contain tough question (especially in chemistry) . I assume this trend in next year also ( Paper would be tougher than 2019 I guess but not that tough). So for neet, you can do MS chauhan.
Now, for aiims also, you can go for MS chauhan as it contains almost all concepts and a good quantity of questions. So you can clear your concepts and do practice as well and that is what aiims demands.
