If you are looking for a M.Tech (or any P.G in general) you can opt any IIT which is offering the course and I’d suggest any institution abroad ,not concluding that Indian institutions aren’t good but the scope of research and Updated Technological advancements for you to carry out your projects is significantly more in other countries as they already have many projects done…while here it is just booming.
