When will the NEET 2022 be held? I hope it is not postponed like 2020 and 2021. Will it be held in May?

Surely not in May.

It’s January now and seeing the current covid scenario, don’t expect the registrations to begin atleast before June.

Reasons (In priority) :

1. NEET UG 2021 counselling hasn’t commenced yet. Next 2–2.5 months are expected to get engaged in the allotment procedure. So if you take a rough estimate, all states will be done with counselling till April 2022 therefore no chance of registerations for another batch even when a prior batch is yet to be admitted.
2. NTA has to conduct 4 JEE mains in 4 consecutive months. Let’s take them to be April, May, June,July. So NTA has a tight schedule here. Once the JEE is conducted without any Covid scene, NTA may look forward at registeration process in June/July.
3. The gap between registration process and the exam can be between somewhere around 25–50 days so the exam will surely be in September like the two previous years.
