None of the colleges give you refund if you are doing the counselling. In kiit, same as here, if you do the counselling and are not willing to attend kiit, then you will get refund of 65k out of 75k. And its applicable for all b.tech students in kiit.
And you will be refunded when you apply for the refund process otherwise they wont understand you decision. So you should inform the university that you are not attending the classes. So, you should be refunded soon as possible.
