First of all ,I would like to congratulate you for having chosen this college for engineering. Great choice;)
College fee will be around 2 lakh per year.
Hostel facilities may cost you 1–2.5lakh per year if you go for NRI hostel,(best among the hostels of RIT.)& the fee for Aryabhatta hostel is comparitively less also facilities are compromised.
Canteen facilities may cost somewhere around 1 lakh per year.
So,to sum it up you may have to spend 3.5(if you are very judicious)–6 lakh per year (If you are living casually).
Engineering as a course is costly but, the knowledge that you gain, the friendships that you make, the great inspirational people that you meet, the transformation that you undergo both physically, mentally and the moments of joy& sorrow are those things that you cherish throughout your lifetime,and it’s invaluable.
