I am not sure about Infosys as you mentioned in Question. But I will answer about in general type of questions and pattern being followed by various companies and big CA firms for recruitment purpose.
- The major thing about Campus recruitment is about Group Discussion (GD). It has way too much importance because most of the shorlisting is based upon GD performance before facing actual interview. GD almost weigh around 30% in overall recruitment process.
- Second thing is Interview:
- First thing is to update your profile (resume) before going for interview. Make sure that, if panel asks about any question based upon your resume, you will be able to answer that. Mostly 2 – 3 questions are based on your resume:
- Name, Address.
- Your qualification other than CA
- Some questions on your academic career like percentage and interested subject and reason behind interested subject
- Area of knowledge / Practice while undergoing articleship.
- What new area you would like to join or practice.
- Questions about other hobbies, computer literacy, etc.
