If anyone was seeking guidance from me, first of all, I had to be experienced. I should know my words and I should have my thoughts arranged. Be confident when telling something because the listener will be relying on you for the information.
Feel comfortable. Don’t be nervous otherwise, words will start mumbling out of our mouth. Crack a joke to break the ice. Never be overconfident. Let your experience be a part of their journey too.
