College wise, Tag wise, Reputation wise – Definitely BITS Hyderabad
But still, I would suggest, go with your interest. Both are different branches, explore the curriculum for the two branches,see which interests you more and choose you career in it, wisely! At the end of the day, college tag may not matter as much as your interest might.
