No matter what don’t go for manipal university jaipur for EE .You will regret it for your whole life .Go only for manipal jaipur if you are getting CSE branch if you have no other choice .even if you want to go to MUJ apply for direct admission than you may get IT branch but don’t select computer and communication it is very bad branch .As far as upes is concerned it is way too expensive brother . As for your answer Go for UPES CSE .I think you should try looking for other universities. You will easily find better university. But also don’t go for Benett university .
