To be serious it is not your third year, but it’s five years of studying same subjects again and again without any result. Either you don’t have passion as you have not given a time line frame for your dream. And it’s your turn ish to become a doctor. Or You are not serious in your studies that’s why in these five years you haven’t acheived anything.
To my sense it is maximum one or two years is enough to wait for dream career. One year is enough to think whether I am made for this or not. You are saying what should you do if and buts??? It itself is showing that you are not passionate till yet.
You might be with your phone more than your books? You might have a lot of social media accounts more than busying yourself in self studies? You might be discussing your problems online rather than doing on your own. Overall you have not devoted your time to self studies more.
You must search for alternate options for yourself besides NEET. Or whatever you get your rank, you should join BDS, BAMS or BHMS, in oser to prevent further killing of time.
