As far as ideal timetable is concerned I think it differs from person to person.for ex-for student like me study hours don’t matter,I never studied for more than 45 minutes in continuation. But nevertheless focussing on your question I think you should select a particular topic for a day and give maximum time to study ncert then reference books and finally solve questions related to the topic and as far as study hours are concerned adjust it as per your suit and interest…
