If you haven’t done any preparation and studied only for boards having no exposure of numericals in phy and chem . And obviously your bio is not up to the level of NEET.
Then just rlax and chill and think for thr next year . There’s nothing you can do
For those who have worked hard
I know it’s hard for you to concentrate now. Confused what to do what not to study. Best way take a day off make a time time in which inclued all rhe rattne wale chapter which you have to study in the last moment. Make a proper schedule for them
Next make ncert as your priority now for both biology and chemistry. Especially chemistry read and learn all the chapters like inorganic chem biomolecules environment chemistry polymer surface chem. All these chapters czn fetch you upto 20 40 marks which is great as no numericals are there in these chapters
