you follow this simple approach Study( All the time whenever possible) – SLEEP(5 Hours) – EAT(Light & Nutricious Food) – Drink( more water) – Do Running for 20 minutes & Pray for 10 Minutes
Now the time table:
- Wake up
- Wash your face or fresh up
- Study
- Eat light whenever feel hungry
- Look at the sky whenever feel tired and remember your goal
- Drink more water
- Learn-Practice-Test
- Sleep for 5–6 hours
