Don’t know about the fees structure of IIT but this is the fees structure per semester for BITS Pilani,Goa campus. It would be more or less the same for Pilani and Hyderabad campus:
Tuition Fees: 1,13,300
Hostel Fees: 12,000
Mess and Electricity advances: 10,000
Miscellaneous advances : 12,000
Total Fees: 1,47,300
Also BITS Pilani offers MCN(Merit cum need scholarship) which gives scholarship upto 80,000 per semester depending upon your CGPA and family income
