This answer may astonish you but RVCE is really well known by the admission committee in US and Germany. The tag really helps if you are planning your masters. Our coursework, projects and exams are extremely rigorous.
Proof: I’m from a ECE background but had applied for MS-CS in USA and got a admit from top 20 uni. The other guys who got admitted into the program were from NITs, BITS and IITR. So yes, the tag will help a lot.
