Steps to follow while choice filling-:

1. First thing you should be sure of is which branch you’re interested in. Keep 1–2 back up branch also, Sort them in order of priority.
2. Then you should shortlist few of your favourite colleges and then with the help of previous year’s closing ranks , you can check at your rank which branch you can get in that particular college.
3. One thing to keep in mind is don’t fill any choice which you thing you’re not interested in. For ex- in my case I filled NIT delhi CS ahead of NIT kkr Cs and NIT bhopal Cs due to which i ended up freezing NIT bhopal CS.
