I am providing the list of books I followed and stick to.
Anatomy + FM- Arvind Arora(AA) sufficient enough for neet
Physiology +Biochemistry-AA provides a concept based learning of the mechanisms and cycles.In my opinion,it is a must read for neet
Pathology- Gobind Garg and Sparsh Gupta Extremely well written considering the fact that pathology is the most vast subject and very scoring too.They have provided mnemonics and key points and boxes which are really helpful for revision.
Pharmacology- same authors as for Patho.It is also a must read and helped me alot in covering everything and revising it.
Microbiology- AA
It’s more than sufficient and I preferred it over Across since Across has alot of unnecessary details.AA is concise and informative.
PSM- Vivek Jain is the bible for psm mcqs.But saying that,I would advise you to skip the Biostatistics numerical,read biostatistics theory part and solve problems with simpler calculations.
ENT- I recommend Sakshi Arora(SA).
It’s short and concise.For the first read,take 7-10 days and after that you will be able to revise it with 2-3 days easily whenever you start revisions.
Ophthalmology- I read Ruchi Rai which I didn’t like much,but I had no clue about any other good book which is so concise.You can read AA for ophthalmology if you wish or from your coaching notes as well.
Medicine- I read Mudit Khanna for this subject and it covered everything by and large.I also read Dr. Bhatia’s medicine book which is provided by their coaching.Its really good and targets the high yielding mcqs.It’s updated with latest dats,drugs,classification,regimes.So it would provide you an extra edge any day.
Surgery-AA
Surgery is very scoring if you have your basics right.Don’t read much into the steps of surgeries but instead know the most common causes,complications,tumor staging.If you have read your textbook well,then you won’t require much reading,just go ahead and solve as many mcqs as possible.
Obstetric and Gynecology- SA
Extremely good book with a concept based approach.It has provided with clear concepts and mnemonics too.Updated with previous year questions and provides vast variety of mcqs which is helpful for neet
Pediatrics – SA
Same as for ob-gy.You can finish it very quickly and this book takes care of most of the mcqs which we face in exams.It’s a very scoring subject.
