Last year the CSE package went upto 27 lakhs per annum…!!!

This package was given by such a Company which has its headquarters in India as well,thus the student is recruited in India itself.
The companies which provide which a crore package or sum, generally recruit the students outside India.
In USA, taxation rate is around 35–40%. So what you receive is a handsome amount of 60–65 lakhs. Now this amount is not completely your salary, rather includes certain amount of shares of the company which are ONE TIME BONUS. So if you see you have received only 35–40 lakhs per annum.
